Shogun-Hibachi- is seeking a friendly Restaurant Host/Cashier to be the first point of contact for guests. You will greet, seat, manage waitlists, and help create a positive dining experience while coordinating with servers.

You will handle payments via the POS system, input orders accurately, and maintain a clean host stand. The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and the ability to stand for long periods, with occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly and seat them, manage waitlists and escort guests to tables.
• Process guest payments accurately using the POS system and provide receipts.
• Input guest orders into the POS, noting modifications and special requests.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu and allergens to answer guest questions.
• Keep the host stand and waiting area clean and organized; assist with general inquiries.
