Job summary

Findlay YMCA in Findlay, OH, seeks a friendly Front Desk Receptionist for the Early Learning Center to warmly welcome families and guests. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and help with tuition and registrations, while collaborating with staff in a caring environment.

The part-time role runs noon–5pm and starts at $11.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within our values of honesty, caring, respect, and responsibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Warmth and passion for working with families and children.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and manage front desk.
• Answer phone calls and support families and staff.
• Maintain children's files and assist with tuition/registration payments.
• Support family events and center improvement projects.
