Job Description: Job Summary

Responsible for assisting with clerical and administrative duties to support smooth departmental operations. Enhances customer experience and improves quality through effective service. Essential Functions
  • Performs general office duties including mailing, word processing, filing, and paperwork processing efficiently.
  • Orders supplies and maintains equipment to support team operations.
  • Greets customers courteously and manages phone calls, routing or messaging as appropriate.
  • Assists customers with questions or concerns and directs them to the appropriate individual.
  • Maintains an organized work area for optimal efficiency.
  • Provides individualized health coaching to engage clients in services and coordinate care.
  • Promotes wellness services and encourages engagement with primary care.
  • Maintains professional standards and provides appropriate follow-up.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
Education Requirement

High school diploma or equivalent experience

Experience Requirement
  • 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare, clinical setting, or a relevant area
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • All experience must be paid and in the same related field.
  • Part-time and PRN experience will be prorated based on hours worked per week.
  • Volunteer work and internships for academic credit are not counted.
