Job summary

Granite YMCA of Concord is seeking a friendly Welcome Center Associate for a part-time role in Concord, NH. You will greet members and guests, promote YMCA programs, and help create a welcoming environment that reflects the YMCA values and mission.

In this position you will handle memberships, registrations, and basic financial transactions, while serving as the first point of contact for member concerns. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling financial transactions preferred.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with SGA or similar membership software preferred.
