• Communicate with truck drivers to determine destination and materials.
• Ensure accuracy of tickets and delivery orders.
• Process orders via internal systems and respond to inquiries.
• Investigate ticket issues and document findings.
• Provide high level customer service reflecting company values.
• May perform other duties when scale coverage is not needed.
