Job summary

Martin Marietta is currently seeking a Rockstar to join our LaCygne Quarry team in LaCygne, KS. This weighmaster role handles weigh tickets and customer order fulfillment in a team setting.

The position will start at LaCygne Quarry and float to Olathe Quarry, with additional administrative duties when scale coverage isn’t needed. Office-based portion and field-related tasks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must have a valid US Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house.
• Work with trucking vendors to schedule and direct trucks.
• Communicate with truck drivers to determine destination and material transported.
• Work closely with others in the department to ensure accuracy of tickets and delivery orders.
• Professionally accept incoming orders by telephone, email, and other means and enter into internal systems.
• Research problem tickets and document findings.
• Provide a high level of customer service reflecting company values.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required.
