Responsibilities

• Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house.
• Coordinate trucks with vendors to schedule and direct trucks.
• Communicate with truck drivers about destination and material transported.
• Process orders using internal systems and ensure accuracy of tickets.
• Research problem tickets and document findings.
• Provide a high level of customer service reflecting company values.
• Perform other incidental duties as required.
