Responsibilities

• Issue weight and product tickets at the scale house.
• Coordinate with trucking vendors to schedule and direct trucks.
• Communicate with truck drivers to determine destination and material transported.
• Ensure accuracy of tickets and delivery orders with teammates.
• Process incoming orders via telephone, email and other channels.
• Research problem tickets and document findings.
• Provide high level customer service reflecting company values.
• Perform incidental and related duties as required.
