Job Summary:

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a smooth and efficient distribution process. The scaler is responsible for checking all their finished product information is correct. They will need to cross reference that the product they receive matches the paperwork. You will then verify, batch number, Julian date and the quantity are correct. You will cross reference that information with the order sheet(yellow) before you enter the information into the Bizerba system. Before starting to pack the product, you will need to print a sample label to verify the information you entered is correct. You are responsible for ensuring all your orders are accurate and meet quality standards.
