Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or packing environment is preferred.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math and reading skills are required.
• Ability to lift 5–50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately weight, pack, wrap, and label products for shipping.
• Inspect the product for defects or damage before packing.
• Verify product quantities and quality based on order forms.
• Ensure that packaging materials are used correctly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and adhere to food hygiene regulations.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Report any discrepancies, damages, or inventory issues to supervisors.
• Assist with loading/unloading shipments or any other duties as needed.
• Follow company procedures for food safety, allergen control, and traceability.
• Weigh and count items accurately.
