Job summary

Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is seeking a Shift Manager for Club M to oversee daily operations, staff scheduling, and event promotions at Mystic Lake and Little Six Casinos. You will supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage promotions within policy guidelines.

You’ll lead training, conduct performance discussions, and coordinate with marketing to optimize guest experiences. This role requires nights/weekends and a focus on compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or 6+ years of marketing/hospitality/retail experience.
• 2+ years of formal or informal people leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with technology and multiple systems software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations including staffing, scheduling, and team performance.
• Lead events/promotions setup and execution while ensuring policy compliance.
• Approve guest offers and handle prize distributions per guidelines.
• Hire, train, and coach team members; conduct regular performance checks.
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and payroll; manage guest concerns.
