Qualifications

• Shift will be between the hours of 7am and 11pm.
• Customer service skills, conflict resolution and computer skills preferred.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out.
• Assign rooms and coordinate accommodations for special requests.
• Manage guest room keys and ensure security per procedures.
• Process payments (cash and credit cards) accurately.
• Relay guest requests to housekeeping or maintenance promptly.
• Address guest concerns in a professional, timely manner.
• Provide information on resort amenities and local attractions.
• Support front office operations during busy periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
