Job summary

Northeast Treatment Centers is seeking a Part Time Shift Supervisor to oversee weekend coverage for a residential youth program in Philadelphia. You will supervise Youth Mentors, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with program policies and regulations.

This role requires a bachelor's degree in a human services field, relevant experience with youth, and availability for weekends, holidays, and emergencies. A valid Driver’s License is also required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a human services related field is required.
• At least 1 year of full-time residential experience or 3 years with youth in delinquent settings.
• Prior management experience is required.
• Knowledge of Philadelphia delinquent and dependent youth is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Must be available for weekends, holidays, and extra shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Youth Mentors and ensure program adherence.
• Plan, coordinate and schedule work for assigned staff.
• Ensure adequate coverage and communicate coverage issues.
• Monitor youth behavior and ensure safety per policies.
• Communicate with shifts, supervisors, and program leadership.
• Coordinate with referral sources and reporting requirements.
