Job summary

Crossroads is seeking a Part-Time Campus Producer to oversee production environments at the Eagan campus. You will lead audio, lighting, presentation, and service flow to create an engaging, distraction-free weekend experience.

You will collaborate with worship leaders and volunteers to plan services, coordinate rehearsals, and develop teams so the campus isn’t dependent on one person. This role is hands-on with weekend and campus events and requires strong leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with related production experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead teams in live, high-pressure environments.
• Experience mixing live audio with professional consoles preferred.
• Good ear for audio and eye for visuals.
• Familiarity with lighting software/consoles (Vista, LightKey, GrandMA) preferred.
• Familiarity with basic video switching systems (Blackmagic ATEM) preferred.
• Familiarity with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and similar tools preferred.
• Willingness to learn and grow spiritually and technically.

Responsibilities

• Weekend Service Production: shape flow of weekend services.
• Technical Setup & Execution: program and oversee lighting, audio, graphics.
• Rehearsal Coordination: lead rehearsals aligning elements.
• Volunteer Leadership: recruit, train, schedule volunteers.
• Event Production: oversee campus events beyond weekends.
• Collaboration: participate in weekly meetings and campus initiatives.
