  • Foster a healthy, collaborative team culture that values preparation, excellence, and growth.
Event & Special Production Support
  • Oversee production for campus-specific events, including youth nights, camps, and special gatherings.
  • Manage all technical needs related to campus events outside of weekend services.
Collaboration & Ongoing Responsibilities
  • Participate in weekly meetings and campus initiatives with engagement.
  • Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Production Lead.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: High school diploma with prior experience in related production or producing role preferred.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to diagnose and solve problems quickly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead teams in live, high-pressure environments.
  • Experience mixing in live audio; experience with professional digital consoles strongly preferred.
  • A strong ear for audio and an eye for visual excellence.
  • Familiarity with lighting software and consoles (Vista, LightKey, GrandMA) preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic video switching systems (e.g. Blackmagic ATEM) preferred.
  • Familiarity with ProPresenter, Planning Center, and similar tools preferred.
  • Open to continued learning and growth both spiritually and technically.
Work Environment
  • Work is accomplished primarily indoors in a production and administrative environment.
  • Frequent exposure to noise more than 84dB.
  • Flexibility is required during key ministry seasons and special events.
  • Regular work schedule is Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with occasional other days for ministry events, services, and special programming.
