Job summary

AROW Global Corp is seeking a Production Assembly worker for a Friday–Sunday weekend shift in Mosinee, WI. The role involves assembling windows to customer specifications, using hand tools, and ensuring quality.

This position requires training on first or second shift before moving to the weekend schedule and offers a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits. Paid holidays, vacation accrual, and a company 401(k) match are included.

Qualifications

• Able to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Able to read/use a tape measure and various hand tools.
• Must be flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good communication with team members and supervisors.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification within 30 days of hire.
• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required; training provided for right candidate.
• Reliable with strong attendance history.
• Two weeks of vacation accrual.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows from drawings and blueprints according to customer specs.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure quality of all assembled and pre-assembled materials.
• Collaborate closely with team members.
• Package and prepare windows for shipping.
• Cross-train and support other production areas as needed.
