Job summary

AROW Global Corp. is seeking a full-time window assembly technician in Mosinee, WI. Earn $18.50–$20.00 hourly on 1st shift (5am–3pm, Mon–Thu; overtime on Fridays as needed) with opportunities to cross-train in other production areas and advance within a team-focused setting.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using hand tools and measuring equipment, and ensuring quality of assembled materials for shipping. Benefits begin after 30 days, with competitive health plans and a 401K match.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills required.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure and various hand tools.
• Willingness to learn forklift certification within 30 days.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble windows from drawings and blueprints per specifications.
• Use hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Ensure quality of assembled materials.
• Work closely with a team.
• Package and prepare windows for shipping.
• Cross-train in other production areas as needed.
