AAA USA in Mosinee, Wisconsin is hiring Production Assemblers - Windows to support the assembly of window and glazing systems for mass transit projects. You will read blueprints, use hand and power tools, measure components, and inspect finished work for quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred; training available.
• Ability to read blueprints and production docs.
• Experience with hand and power tools, measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Physically able to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble window systems per drawings and specs.
• Use tools and measuring devices for accurate assembly.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Inspect for quality and fit against requirements.
• Package products for shipment.
• Maintain clean, safe work area.
• Collaborate to meet production schedules.
• Cross-train in other areas as needed.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
