Job summary

OEM Fabricators, Inc. is a leading ISO-certified metal fabrication shop seeking a hands-on Weekend Weld Lead to join our production team. You will weld, fit, and coordinate daily activities with the weld crew, ensuring quality and safety while driving production goals.

Qualifications

5+ years of welding or related manufacturing experience.
Strong welding and fitting skills.
Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
Previous leadership experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on welding and fitting alongside team members.
Coordinate daily welding activities to meet production goals.
Provide direction, guidance, and support to weld team members.
Promote a strong safety and quality culture.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Assist with employee training and development
