Zeeco seeks a Weekend Shift Manufacturing Lead to oversee and contribute to weekend production in welding and fabrication. Ideal candidates bring welding experience, and those with machine shop or first-entry manufacturing backgrounds will also be considered.

Qualifications

• Welding experience preferred; machine shop experience considered.
• Experience leading weekend production shifts is a plus.
• Familiarity with safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekend shift and set daily production priorities.
• Perform production tasks and welding as needed to meet output targets.
• Address workflow, quality, and safety concerns as first point of contact.
• Collaborate with supervisors to ensure on-time delivery and peak efficiency.
