Job summary

OEM Fabricators, Inc. is a leading ISO-certified metal fabrication shop seeking a hands-on Weekend Weld Lead to join our production team. You will weld, fit, and coordinate daily activities with the weld crew, ensuring quality and safety while driving production goals.

We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for growth, a 4am-4pm Fri-Sun schedule with 20% premium, and a focus on work-life balance in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of welding or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong welding and fitting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on welding and fitting alongside team members.
• Coordinate daily welding activities to meet production goals.
• Provide direction, guidance, and support to weld team members.
• Promote a strong safety and quality culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.

Weekend Weld Lead Fri. – Sun. 4am – 4pm (20% shift premium and overtime over 36 hours!)
