Cedar Hill Healthcare & Rehabilitation in Zanesville, Ohio, is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN to join our weekend team. You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, administer medications, and support care planning.

This part-time Weekend Warrior role offers pay starting at $28.50/hour for LPNs and $35/hour for RNs, with Fri-Sat nights 7pm-7am plus eight additional hours. Flexible options including FT/PT/PRN are available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Ohio is required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Behavioral Health preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with PointClickCare or similar EHR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient health and provide updates to the healthcare team.
• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Perform assessments, including vital signs and medical history evaluations.
• Educate patients and families on health management and wellness practices.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.

This position has a starting pay rate of $28.50 an hour for LPNs and $35 an hour for RNs

The schedule for this Weekend Warrior position is every Friday and Saturday night 7p-7a with an additional 8 hours added.
