Job summary

Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Port Clinton, Ohio, is seeking a Weekend Warrior LPN/RN to provide direct nursing care on weekends. You’ll administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate with physicians and families to ensure high-quality resident care.

Join a stable team with supportive leadership, a consistent weekend schedule, and a chance to earn more while keeping weekdays free. Current Ohio LPN or RN licensure is required; LTC experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable and committed to the Weekend Warrior schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per physician orders and residents' plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and documentation.
• Monitor residents and communicate changes in condition promptly.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing team members.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition as needed.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.

What You'll Do
