Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Port Clinton, Ohio, is seeking dependable LPNs or RNs for Weekend Warrior roles. You will provide direct nursing care and ensure residents receive exceptional clinical support throughout the weekend.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio LPN or RN license in good standing.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents on weekends in accordance with physician orders and plans of care.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Complete nursing assessments and accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents and promptly communicate changes in condition.
• Supervise and support STNAs and other nursing team members.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and changes in resident condition as needed.
• Follow facility policies and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Help create a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers.
