Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking compassionate LPNs for the Weekend Warrior Program to earn an additional $3/hour on weekends. Weekend shifts (12- and 16-hour) provide flexibility and weekday free time while contributing to high-quality resident care.

As a Weekend Warrior LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and physicians within a supportive, team-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
• Ability to work weekend shifts.

Responsabilités

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Collect and document resident health information and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning within your scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants as appropriate.
• Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered care environment.
