Job summary
Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for our Weekend Warrior Program in Pigeon Forge, TN. Enjoy weekend-only shifts with an additional $3/hour differential and 12-hour or 16-hour weekend shifts available, while keeping weekdays free.

Qualifications
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to resident care.
- Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
- Current, active Tennessee LPN license.
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor residents and communicate changes to healthcare professionals.
- Document health information and contribute to care planning and assessments.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the care team.
- Guide and support CNAs and other staff as appropriate.
- Follow infection control and safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Promote a safe, resident-centered care environment.
