You'll provide high‑quality nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, document care, and collaborate with the nursing team. Flexible weekend scheduling, 12‑ and 16‑hour shifts, and same‑day pay options are available to support work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an approved Practical Nursing program.
• Current, active, and unencumbered North Carolina LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• Skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide compassionate, high‑quality nursing care in accordance with individualized resident care plans and within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately as ordered.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Collect and document resident health information and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing assistants as appropriate.
• Follow infection control practices, safety procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and resident‑centered care environment.
