Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of residence is required.
• Current/active CPR certification is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational skills to prioritize multiple projects.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills while maintaining confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents with high quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local Standards and facility policies.
• Ensure all nursing staff comply with written policies and procedures.
