Job summary

Pineville Rehabilitation & Living Center is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team as a Weekend Warrior on the 3rd shift. This part-time night-shift role covers Friday through Sunday, 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with weekend incentive pay and a competitive base pay.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered North Carolina LPN license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized resident care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Complete nursing assessments and clinical documentation
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition
• Communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership
• Provide wound care and other skilled nursing services as needed
• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Help ensure our residents receive compassionate, high-quality care throughout the night
