Capri Communities in Mequon, WI is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living for RCAC, CBRF and Memory Care residents, in alignment with care plans and regulatory requirements.

You will support mobility, transfers, medication reporting, meal service, light housekeeping, and engagement in resident activities, contributing to a respectful, safe living environment. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for training are available.

Qualifications

• Provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living as per care plans.
• Support with mobility, transfers, and safe resident handling.
• Assist with medication administration and reporting requirements as directed.

Responsabilités

• Follow Resident Care plan to support daily living activities.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and resident engagement.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care in RCAC/CBRF/Memory Care settings.

Job position description:

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living to RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities with adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Follow Resident Care plan to:
  • Assist with activities of daily living
  • Assist residents with mobility and transfers
  • Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements
  • Assist with plating and/or serving meals
  • Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas
  • Assist with resident activities.
