GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, SC Operations for a weekend shift (Saturday to Monday, 9:00am - 9:00pm) to lead daily warehouse operations in Indiana. You will schedule, supervise, coach, and ensure quality service across departments.

This role requires initiative to drive improvements while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate has 2 years of warehouse experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility to work weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
