GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring an Operations Supervisor for the Weekend 1st Shift in Summerville, SC. The role oversees daily warehouse operations, supervises a team, and coaches staff to improve performance while ensuring quality service to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, is proficient with Microsoft Office and scanners, and can work a flexible schedule including weekends and overtime. A degree in Logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
