Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, SC Operations to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, staff scheduling and training. The role requires leading a team to meet performance and quality goals while ensuring safety and efficient service.

This position is targeted at candidates with 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Maintain a clean environment
