Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon–Fri, 11:00pm–8:00am) in Summerville, SC. You will lead a warehouse team, manage daily operations, schedules, and provide coaching to raise performance while upholding safety and quality standards.

You’ll need at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and flexibility for overtime. A Bachelor's in Logistics or related field is preferred, along with supervisory experience and

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and scanner equipment.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
• 2 years of managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment preferred.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Always maintain a clean environment.
