Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead for 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00am–4:00pm) in Summerville, SC. You will oversee a warehouse team, ensure accurate inventory, and drive on-time order fulfillment while coaching staff and maintaining safe operations.

Key requirements include 2 years of warehouse experience, 1 year SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. A high school diploma is preferred; overtime and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
1 year of SAP experience.
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
Train and coach the warehouse team and provide development opportunities; recommend improvements as needed.
Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
Operate equipment safely and provide support to management.
Track orders and investigate issues.
Catalog and track goods and supplies.
Maintain a clean 7S workplace and work safely.
