O’Reilly Auto Parts is hiring for a Warehouse Associate to support inbound and outbound logistics in a fast-paced environment. You will receive, inspect, and prepare automotive parts for distribution, using RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking tools to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities include maintaining inventory accuracy, loading/unloading shipments, and following safety and quality procedures. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and reliable attendance at a growing company.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through proper scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution procedures.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, route trucks, and freight shipments while ensuring merchandise is secured.
• Identify unsafe conditions or practices and report concerns to leadership promptly.
• Keep work areas organized, clean, and free of safety hazards.
