Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a warehouse associate to support receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and a warehouse management system to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Responsibilities include matching paperwork to items, handling inbound/outbound shipments, and maintaining a safe, organized workspace in a fast-paced environment. Full training provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including safe lifting and handling of merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate WMS, RF scanners, and voice-picking equipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
