Job summary

Netrush is seeking a Shift Lead in Hebron Estates, KY to support a warehouse team of 5–20 associates. You will oversee receiving, storage, value-adding services and shipping, ensuring safety, quality and productivity across operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a warehouse or ecommerce setting.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
• Senior presence with thoughtful, articulate communication style.
• Able to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view.
• Adept at communicating up and down and adapting to audience needs.
• Experience with picking and packing both direct-to-consumer and B2B orders.
• Experience operating within multiple warehouse management systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse workers and oversee daily operations.
• Delegate tasks, set targets, and evaluate staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety and legal procedures.
• Manage inventory including receipt, storage, picking, packing, shipping and returns.
• Assist in shift allocations and ensure staff efficiency.
• Organize training activities for staff and workers.
• Ensure proper functioning of warehouse tools and equipment.
• Communicate safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics to leadership.
