Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Professional Security Shift Supervisor for a warehouse in Johnston, RI. The role runs Saturday and Sunday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., with a starting rate of $22.52 per hour and paid orientation.

A valid driver’s license is required and employment includes occasional reports and logs. The Shift Supervisor will oversee security staff on the assigned shift, serve as a liaison to the Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and ensure quality service delivery

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent or 5 years verifiable experience.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare reports/logs.
• Read and understand operating procedures/instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment range.
