• Provide elevated support to the dispatcher and ensure customer requirements are met.
• Make appointments for pickup and delivery.
• Track container availability and prevent demurrage costs.
• Supervise staff, interview, hire, and address disciplinary issues.
• Forward PODs on various web-billed accounts and escalate as needed.
