Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• 1 year of supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure inventory levels are accurate and orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team; drive performance improvements.
• Utilize Warehouse Management System and maintain working documents.
• Promote exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
• Track orders and investigate issues; maintain 7S cleanliness.
