Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Weekend 1st Shift (Friday - Sunday, 6:00am - 6:00pm) to lead a warehouse team in Union City, GA. You’ll drive daily operations, coaching staff, and ensuring quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes adherence to 7S, safety, and cross-department collaboration, with a focus on training, performance, and reliability. Advanced planning and overtime flexibility are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments.
