Qualifications

• Ability to coordinate dock or yard activities in a fast-paced operation.
• Comfort working outdoors in varied weather conditions and terrain.

Responsibilities

• Champion operation safety and support of dock equipment.
• Serve as primary point of contact for loading/unloading dock activities; coordinate trailer movements.
• Manage trailer docking, release, and yard flow while ensuring fleet safety standards.
• Monitor dock conditions and escalate when unsafe; follow established procedures.
• Collaborate with site operations, transportation, and customer-facing teams to prioritize tasks.
