Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain correct inventory levels and on-time orders.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach warehouse team; drive performance improvement as needed.
• Utilize WMS and maintain work documents.
• Provide exceptional customer service and enforce safety procedures.
