The Vitamin Shoppe is seeking a Warehouse Lead for our Ashland, VA distribution center. The role runs Friday–Sunday, 7:00am–7:30pm with possible overtime. You will supervise the department, coordinate daily tasks, and support the Operations Manager with reporting and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access).
• 1-2 years experience in warehouse operations; customer service a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse department to ensure policy compliance and process improvements.
• Coordinate duties, reporting, and area projects with the Operations Manager.
• Provide training and support to associates; ensure SOP adherence.
