Job summary

Fullscript is seeking a Senior Warehouse Operations Manager in Ashland, VA, on-site. You will lead the warehouse team, drive operational excellence, manage the leadership group, and ensure safety and efficiency in daily inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.

The role emphasizes building strong leadership, optimizing labor and systems, and aligning with company goals for growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Leadership Team within Warehouse Operations.
• Oversee inbound freight, receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and adherence to procedures.
• Maintain daily work schedules and timekeeping data.
• Resolve inventory issues and drive KPI performance.
