Job summary

Readerlink Distribution Services in Salem, VA, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor - Equipment for Friday through Monday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. shift. You will lead the team to meet production goals and oversee shipping, receiving, storage and distribution.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and communication skills; responsibilities include performance reviews, safety enforcement, and resolving employee issues while maintaining inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years warehouse experience or equivalent.
• Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Flexible schedules including weekends and off-shifts.
