Job summary

DP World is seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead based in Palmetto, GA to coordinate weekend shift operations and drive efficient department performance. • Provide leadership to staff and participate in warehouse operations and activities.
• Schedule to meet production goals and KPIs; schedule may fluctuate based on business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

How you will contribute

• Coordinate efficient operation of the department and ensure procedures are documented and followed.
• Assist with monitoring daily KPI’s, Quality Metrics, employee timecard exceptions & productivity administration is completed accurately and on time.
• Provide back up and support to the Supervisor and to represent him/her fully in periods of absence (sickness, holiday, business meetings, etc.) when required.
• Liaison with all operational departments to ensure smooth work flow & maximum synergy.
• Provide leadership to staff by establishing clear expectations and acting as a role model and assist with planning, overseeing and participating in the warehouse operations and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

About The Role

Your Key Qualifications

• HS Diploma / GED.
• Experience in a Lead role.
• Experience in a Logistics or Manufacturing environment.
• Prior forklift experience.
