Job summary

Sephora in Avon, IN is hiring a Part-Time Seasonal Warehouse Associate for Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM – 6:30 PM) at the Omni-Channel Distribution Center. You will receive, stock, pick, pack and ship orders for stores and online customers, while following safety rules and maintaining attendance.

The role requires flexibility for shifts and overtime, and offers a 30% discount on merchandise plus an EAP. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures.
• Ability to operate RF terminals.
• Basic math skills and the ability to match numbers.
• Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and on-line customers.
• Follow all safety rules and report safety violations.
• Maintain regular attendance and a flexible schedule including overtime as needed.
• Provide high quality customer service per company standards.
