Job summary

Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, Indiana, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship orders for stores and online customers. You will operate RF terminals, follow SOPs, and maintain a safe, efficient workflow in a fast-paced DC environment.

The role requires ability to learn warehouse layout, work cross-functionally, and demonstrate basic math skills while maintaining reliable attendance and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse picking and stock replenishment processes.
• Ability to learn warehouse layout and operate RF terminals.
• Basic math skills and accuracy in matching numbers.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing and shipping.
• Strong teamwork and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Receive, stock, pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders following SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervision.
• Maintain attendance and work flexible shifts including overtime.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service.
